Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days of purchase. Custom or handmade items may take slightly longer; we’ll notify you if there are any delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. We currently offer shipping within the United States only. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (e.g., $75+).
Shipping Methods
We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times are typically:
Standard: 3–7 business days
Expedited: 2–3 business days
Local Pickup (Optional)
If you’re local to Burlington, NC, we offer free in-store pickup during business hours. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
Perishable goods (e.g., teas, snacks)
Personal care products (e.g., bath salts, essential oils)
Custom, handmade, or one-of-a-kind items
Gift cards
Refunds & Store Credit
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered for items of equal value, pending availability. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error. For damaged items, please send us a photo within 3 days of receipt.
